I’m Shalanda Herrington, a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach and part of the Nike family. Originally from the UK, I have been based in Paris since 2018, helping clients build stronger bodies, healthier mindsets, and more balanced lifestyles.

My approach to coaching goes beyond training alone. I believe fitness should be personalised to every individual — taking into account your goals, lifestyle, experience, and mindset. Alongside physical transformation, I place a strong focus on the mental side of training, helping clients build confidence, discipline, and long-term habits that last beyond the gym.
